Violation Reporting

If you suspect a PRMIA member or PRM holder may have violated PRMIA Standards of Best Practice, Conduct and Ethics, you may report your concern below.

All complaints will be reviewed by the PRMIA Ethics and Professional Standards Committee.

If you prefer, you may omit your name and contact information from the report form. Note, however, if you do not include your contact information, it may be difficult for PRMIA to complete an investigation.

To protect both you and the person suspected of a violation, PRMIA will make every reasonable effort to ensure the confidentiality of all details related to your communication and any subsequent information obtained during its investigation.

If, as a result of an investigation, it appears that a violation of law has occurred, PRMIA will consult legal counsel about notifying law enforcement authorities of the suspected violation. In such a case, legal authorities may require PRMIA to provide documents or make statements regarding the investigation.
