The ORM Designation Application Fee is $175 and is non-refundable. 
Please note that approved applicants are required to pay the ORM Designation Program fee to formally enroll into the ORM Designation within 90 days of your submitted application, or your application will be marked as "expired".

Applications are processed within two weeks. If further information is needed, you will be contacted by the Exam Coordinator.

Authorization to verify documentation

By submitting this application form and paying the ORM Application Fee, you agree to authorize PRMIA to contact your work history references via email or phone to verify the accuracy of your work history, and you agree to authorize PRMIA staff to contact your university to verify the accuracy and authenticity of your submitted degree or transcript.
