Sai Sireesh Pachava is a business and technology savvy executive with over 23 years' global experience in multi-disciplinary risk management, GRC, financial technology, corporate startup investments, building multi-million-dollar business and digital strategy. He has a M.S. from Columbia University NY, specializing in the 21st century information strategy, digital economy.

Sai has a track record of delivering strategic, technology initiatives across ERM, market risk, counter party risk, operational risk, digital platforms, SaaS, multi-asset solutions, investment analytics, model risk, global treasury and vendor risk. He has held leadership roles in risk, compliance, strategy, corporate investments, sales, startup ecosystem at leading firms including Amazon Web Services (Cloud security, risk & compliance), a Global asset manager (Risk, digital, products, technology, information security, BCP), Microsoft (GRC, platforms, strategy, technology, risk, startups), Reuters (information products, data, analytics, risk) and a KPMG member firm (audit, consulting).

Sai has been the author of over 50 risk white papers (including 2 ERM benchmark studies), articles, and blogs. He has worked in 7 countries.  He is a lifelong learner; he has attended strategy, risk, internet law, management programs at Wharton, INSEAD, Harvard Law school and NUS Singapore Center for Financial Engineering.  He completed the U.S. FedRAMP Master level 300 training certification for Cloud service providers security authorization.  

Sai volunteered as Co-Regional Director, PRMIA Seattle & PRMIA Singapore; Advisor - Enterprise Risk at Grameen Foundation/Bankers without Borders; Volunteer - Rural Credit Delivery at the International Institute of Information Technology; Advisor/Mentor - Digital Vision Fellowship Project  at Stanford University; Trustee & Board Member - Reuters Centenary Fund; Speaker - Columbia University, Seattle University, University of Washington, IIIT; Volunteer - United Way.  

 
 

Seth Shapiro, Executive Vice President & Risk Strategist, has more than 35 years of experience in risk and insurance. Seth addresses the needs of Kibble & Prentice’s clients in the areas of enterprise risk management, risk assessment and analytics, information security management, M&A due diligence, contract analysis and risk financing program design.

Prior to joining Kibble & Prentice in 2009, Seth served as Director for the Seattle office for a New York-based firm providing risk and insurance solutions for mid-size to large companies, and as a principal consultant and founder of a multi-disciplinary risk management consulting firm. Seth was also Senior Vice President and National Practice Leader for Marsh’s Information Risk Consulting group, where he managed information risk assessments, executive workshops, security policy development, security policy reviews, technology due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and insurance gap analyses. He was also a charter member of MMC’s original enterprise risk management consulting practice. Seth also spent nine years with Aon Corporation, and six years with American Mutual Fire Insurance Company.

Seth holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He also holds a number of certifications including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), and Cyber Risk Manager (CyRM).

Seth spent ten years as an Adjunct Professor of Information Assurance at the University of Washington, and also served as an Adjunct Professor of Risk Management at Seattle University. He is a member of the Speaker Committee for the Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum, Regional Director PRMIA, a member of the Society of Information Risk Analysts, and a board member of Northwest Family Business Advisors. Seth is a graduate of the FBI Citizens’ Academy.
