Being straightforward starts with understanding and responding to your own needs and those of others, whilst maintaining a calm, yet authoritative presence to create a win-win outcome.
You will gain insights into the EQ science and what triggers conflict, learn the distinction between Agreements vs Expectations, and practice the Assertiveness Formula.

Alina is an accredited executive and team coach with extensive business skills and leadership experience. She worked for 15 years as an investment banker with Rothschild, latterly as a Managing Director and Head of Trading. She is a qualified chartered accountant, having previously worked with PwC.
Alina has delivered numerous EQ workshops to many investment banks, Private Equity and Asset Management firms and she has an EQ certification from RocheMartin, to administer and interpret EQ psychometric reports.
In her spare time, Alina is a board advisor and fund raiser for her three chosen charities: Humanitas, Autistica, and Hospices for Hope.

Tatiana holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School. Before becoming an executive and team coach, she worked for 20+ years as an Investment Banker and Management Consultant with BNP, JPMorgan, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Dresdner in NYC, London, and Frankfurt. She left the City, whilst a Managing Director at Nomura.
Tatiana’s approach is anchored in Compassionate Leadership practice and leading from inside out. She has a Systemic Coaching and Constellations certificate from Coaching Constellations Ltd.
Tatiana is a Trustee on the SmileTrain UK board, a charity putting smiles on children’s faces with cleft palate around the world.
