About This Course

Mandatory and voluntary ESG reporting has been growing year-on-year for the past decade, first in separate ESG reports but increasingly in the audited annual reporting cycle. How can risk professionals best use these types of reports? And how can they contribute to the reporting of their own organizations? This is a rapidly evolving space and risk managers would benefit from staying on top of how it develops.

This training enables risk professionals to use ESG reports and disclosures from other organizations, and to contribute to the ESG reports and disclosures of their own organizations. The training provides an overview of ESG reporting, the factors driving its growth, and the differences and similarities of various reporting initiatives. It also provides practical insight in what to expect from an ESG report: what should be included, how it should be structured, and what "good" looks like in terms of stakeholder engagement and communication.

Who Should Attend

  • Any finance professional interested in the impact the zero-carbon transition will have for the financial assets and the financial services sector
