Their reliance on data analytics and technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Block-chain magnifies such risks and also introduces a new array of risks. These risks touch on diverse but critical areas of fraud, consumer protection, financial stability, cyber and information security, etc. There is, therefore, a need for a robust ERM framework to gain an integrated view of the risk exposures and a mechanism to deal with these risks.
