     Stephen Knights, Moderator, Director, Global Research & Risk Solutions, CRISIL
Stephen is a Director in CRISIL’s Global Research & Risk Solutions and leads risk and regulatory initiatives at CRISIL. He is based in London and specialises in regulatory capital projects including FRTB, Basel III and Stress Testing.
Stephen has over 15 years’ experience across risk models and regulatory frameworks within global Investment Banking. He has been the FRTB Lead with banks including Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse and a member of the industry-wide Trading Book Working Group.
 
       
  Vincent Baritsch, Head of EMEA Regulatory Policy, STPD Finance, SMBC
Vincent is Head of EMEA Regulatory Policy for SMBC’s operations in the EU and UK, covering prudential policies SMBC EU AG in Frankfurt, SMBC Bank International in London and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd. Vincent has been involved in all EU Basel capital implementations since Basel 1.5, specialising in credit and market risk. A particular interest of his is the economics of regulation and how prudential requirements impact the wider economy via the availability of funding to the non-financial sector.

 
       
  Gregg Jones, Risk and Capital Senior Director, ISDA
Gregg Jones joined ISDA in February 2018, working to advance ISDA’s aims and objectives relating to risk and capital issues. Mr. Jones’ work involves producing discussion papers covering key topics in derivatives, public policy and financial regulation. The Risk and Capital Department is closely involved in the global implementation of all aspects of Basel III and he is responsible for all Market Risk related issues, in particular the ‘Fundamental Review of the Trading book’ and also leads on ISDA’s ESG risk related initiatives.
Mr. Jones has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years, and before joining ISDA he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in the Risk Management department responsible for various capital initiatives including ICAAP, Stress Testing, Recovery Planning, prior to this he also worked as a Market Risk Manager at Barclays Capital, Daiwa SMBC and Royal Bank of Scotland.

 
       
    Mark Jones, Head of Market Risk, NatWest

Mark Jones has worked at Natwest in London for 18 years, most recently as Head of Traded Market Risk.
He is responsible for all market risk management and modeling activities across the firm’s trading portfolio.
