Important notice about COVID-19 and examination events

To ensure your health and safety as well as the safety of employees at the Pearson VUE testing centers,
PRMIA asks that anyone who feels ill should cancel or reschedule their test event.

If you have a scheduled test or intend on scheduling your test soon, we encourage you to consider the guidelines issued for your region.

Pearson VUE has established country-based test delivery guidance. Before you attend your exam you should view this guidance.

For individuals with an exam cancelled by Pearson VUE

If your scheduled exam has been cancelled due to test site closures, Pearson VUE's customer service center will work with you to reschedule for a date when a test center is open. Please know that this may be at a date much later than your original scheduled exams.

At times, when call volumes are high with the Pearson VUE service center as well as to PRMIA regarding exam center closures, PRMIA may authorize Pearson VUE to open additional PRM examination dates outside of our published exam windows. You are welcome to schedule your exam for these available dates when they appear available in your account. This will ensure individuals impacted by exam center closures are able to reschedule their exams without the need to call the service center for assistance.

Remote-proctored exams available

Online Proctored Exams are available through Pearson VUE for the PRM Examinations. For the Certificate Program exams (ORM, APRM, CCRM, and MLARM), if your scheduled exam has been cancelled due to test site closures or illness, and you are interested in pursuing a remote-proctored exam option, please visit the Remote-Proctor information site for details. You may also submit a Contact Us form using the category "Remote Proctor Exams" to request more information about this option.

For individuals who were unable to cancel or reschedule an examination within 24 hours due to illness

Please contact PRMIA by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. Your exam authorization will be restored at no charge so that you may reschedule your exam when you are no longer ill.

For individuals with cancelled tests and the exam authorization is due to expire

PRMIA will extend exam authorizations at no charge in order to allow you to reschedule your exam once the test site re-opens or when you are no longer ill.

To view the end date of the exam authorization, log into your Pearson VUE account, click the pre-approved exam, then click "View my authorization information".
