PRMIA Launches Chapter in New Delhi

January 12, 2021 -- PRMIA today announces the launch of its New Delhi chapter, the 4th chapter in India, and PRMIA’s 50th chapter worldwide. Pankaj, General Manager – Treasury, GMR Group, was named Regional Director of the new chapter.

PRMIA New Delhi was digitally inaugurated with discussions on "The Evolving Role of Risk Management in the Times of COVID & Beyond." This event took a deep dive into the unforeseen challenges being faced due to the COVID pandemic, lessons learned from the crisis, and the playbook towards standards and best practices to ensure operational resilience in the future. In attendance were leaders from the financial sector, mainly comprised of C-Suite Executives and Senior Risk Professionals from Banks, Asset Management Companies, Non-Banking Finance Companies, and Insurance Companies, in addition to students and members from the media community.
