Kuno Tucker is the Global Chief Compliance Officer for Coinsquare Capital Markets Ltd (CCML) which aims to become the first IIROC licensed crypto trading dealer for Canadians. Mr. Tucker has been in the financial services arena for 26 years, spanning from buy side, sell side, marketplace and regulatory. Along with his BA and MA, and numerous FINRA and IIROC industry courses including equities and derivatives, Mr. Tucker has his LLM in Securities Law and ICD.D in Board Education. In his spare time Mr. Tucker cycles, runs, plays tennis, listens to a variety of podcasts and enjoys time with his family.

Francesco Piccoli is the Director of Product at Anchain.AI. He works to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to the blockchain industry, financial institutions, and governments around the world. He obtained his Master of Engineering at UC Berkeley and BSc at Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy.  Prior to joining AnChain, he conducted cutting-edge research on autonomous driving at Volvo Cars and anomaly detection at Ripple.

Ryan Wegner is a cyber security professional working in crypto and decentralized finance (DeFi) at Polygon. As a senior leader he is responsible for identifying and mitigating cyber risk and reporting to executives on a routine basis. Ryan has a background in intelligence analysis and investigations, and leverages that background to help identify the various ways malicious actors exploit blockchain technology for fraudulent purposes.

Moderator: Alex Shipilov has held executive positions with banking, insurance ,and accounting firms and led risk management, internal audit functions, and quantitative risk advisory practices. He has also consulted financial institutions, cryptocurrency exchanges, and corporate treasuries in Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Spain and Russia. Alex is a co-founder of PRMIA and IMODX.
