Working with Recruiters - The Risk Job Market

Working with Recruiters - The Risk Job Market
PRMIA Boston presents: Working with Recruiters - The Risk Job Market during and after the Pandemic - a discussion with search professionals.

Date:
May 27, 2020

Time:
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET

Location:
This meeting will be run on the GoToWebinar platform. You will be able to join using a local dial-in number which we will provide.

We have three speakers from different areas of search - one in house recruiter, one contingency recruiter, and one retained search firm. Many junior and mid-level professionals do not understand the search process, the differences between the types of firms, and how the process works. We will have each of the speakers talk about their process, and the in house recruiter can talk about how and when they decide when to go to search.

We will also discuss how the Pandemic has impacted the search process- from video networking and interviews to joining a business sight unseen.
