Sonia Sodhi is the Senior Model risk Manager responsible for rolling out model risk management policy across Aegon Group. She has more than 25 years of experience, has worked with international banks (Citibank, Standard Chartered, ING) in multiple locations (Singapore, Brussels, Amsterdam). She has a deep understanding of financial markets and back-office systems/processing. Sonia was responsible for the model risk management platform implementation and rollout at ING Bank N.V.
Sonia has a master's degree in Physics (Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi), a diloma in Software Management (National University of Sinapore), an International Business Management diploma from Burssels Business Shcool, Fore School of Management, New Delhi, and an Advanced Leadership and Management diploma from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
