About Our Expert:
Peter Plochan is the Austria Risk Practise Lead at SAS Institute assisting financial institutions in Austria and across Europe in dealing with their challenges around Model Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Regulations and Risk Governance & Compliance. Peter has a finance background (Master’s degree in Banking) and is certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) with 10+ years of experience in risk management in financial sector. He has assisted various banking and insurance institutions with large-scale risk management implementations while working both internally and also externally as a risk management advisor (PwC). 

Peter has also delivered number of successful PRMIA risk management webinars and is a member of the Vienna PRMIA chapter Steering committee.
