Dr. Bob Mark from Black Diamond (and Cofounder of PRMIA), Ms Harriet Britt from US Advisors, Ms.Laxmi Ramanath from La Meer Inc. will facilitate the discussions.
Dr. Bob Mark is the Founding Partner of Black Diamond Risk Enterprises, which provides corporate governance, risk management consulting, risk software tools and transaction services. He is the Founding Executive Director of the MFE Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Dr. Mark serves on several boards, was awarded the Financial Risk Manager of the Year by GARP and is a Cofounder of PRMIA. He was a CRO and led Treasury activities at Tier 1 banks as well as co-authored three books on Risk Management.
Harriet Britt has over 30 years experience in the securities, futures and investment management industry, the last 20 focusing on supervision and compliance. At Union Square Advisors, Harriet is the Chief Administrative Officer helping the firm’s M&A process. She has vast experience in compliance for broker-dealers, investment advisors for private wealth managers, robo-advisors, and firms involved in the lending space.
Laxmi Ramanath is the Founder and CEO of La Meer Inc, that offers web based risk and compliance solutions for Operational risk, compliance management, Investor Compliance, AML, IT GRC and Vendor Risk and Operational due diligence.
