Judith Pinto

Managing Director, Promontory, An IBM Company

Prior to joining Promontory, she spent nearly 10 years at Goldman Sachs, where she served, most recently, as global co-head of business information risk. She led a global team in the design and firmwide implementation of information-security strategies, conducted comprehensive risk assessments, and oversaw mitigation planning related to critical third parties, global systems, and software. She was a primary contact in Goldman’s dealings with U.S. and Mexican bank regulators on matters related to business continuity and information security. She also played a key role in application security, privilege management, and data privacy. She previously served as Goldman’s head of business continuity in the Americas. Earlier in her career, Judith spent more than 15 years in management consulting, delivering complex technology-management programs for large corporate and U.S. government clients.


Patrick Batson

Senior GRC Advocate,  IBM – Watson Financial Services

Patrick Batson is a Senior GRC Solution Consultant who focuses on the IBM OpenPages platform. He has over 25+ years of IT experience in Risk Management, Security, Networking, Infrastructure, Architecture and Development.  He has previously worked at as a Big Four Consultant where he was responsible for GRC implementations and business process re-engineering across a wide range of industries. His primary focus was on the delivery of RSA Archer and IBM OpenPages. He led teams on the development and delivery of technology solutions to meet use cases across Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Security and Vendor Management functions. He was also the lead architect on many of the implementations. Patrick also has also previously worked at RSA, the Security Division of EMC. His last position there was as a Senior Manager where he formed and managed a global team that performed testing of RSA products globally  He also was engaged in the selection of and deployment of GRC tools such as Archer, BWise, MetricStream and Teammate. Patrick has also been a speaker at various conferences and customer events on GRC and Cybersecurity topics. 
     

Jason Harrell

Executive Director, Technology Risk Management
Head of Business and Government Cybersecurity Partnerships

Jason Harrell is Executive Director and Head of Business and Government Cybersecurity Partnerships at DTCC. In this role, he is responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders and external trade associations, government agencies and officials, regulators and supervisors to respond to new cyber legislation, ensure that the organization is meeting its cyber compliance obligations, and provide thought leadership within the industry. He also leads the strategic development and delivery of the Business Information Security Office (BISO), a function that engages all business areas within the organization in the delivery of cyber risk management services across operations. Jason was previously the Head of TRM Risk Analysis and Reporting where he developed the risk assessment program and cyber risk performance management program.
     
Mihaela Nistor

Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Bloomberg LP

Mihaela Nistor is the Head of the Enterprise Risk Management program at Bloomberg. She drives the technology innovation, program governance, and management practices necessary to identify, evaluate and monitor the company's operational and strategic risk. Prior to her role at Bloomberg Mihaela was the Chief Risk Officer for HSBC Private Banking for North America and Latin America, and held Compliance and Operational Risk leadership roles at HSBC and Citigroup. She has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of roles in the Technology and Financial Services industries. Mihaela holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School General Management Program.
   
Michelle Tuveson

Executive Director, Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies

Dr Michelle Tuveson is Executive Director and a co-founder at the Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. She brings 20+ years of corporate experience within the technology and consulting sectors to further the development of better risk models for the future. During Dr Tuveson's tenure, the Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies has become a world leading provider of research and thought leadership in scenario-based modelling of multi-disciplinary risks to businesses. Her overall executive leadership at the Centre includes developing partnership relationships with corporations, governments, and other academic centres. 

Dr Tuveson leads the Cambridge Chief Risk Officers Council, chairs the Centre's Annual Risk Summits, is an IEEE Standards Committee Member on the General Principles for Artificial Intelligence, and former advisory board member to the World Economic Forum's Global Risk Report. Dr Tuveson has worked in corporations within the technology sector with her most recent position in the Emerging Markets Group at Lockheed Martin. Prior to that, she held positions with management strategy firm Booz Allen & Hamilton, and U.S. R&D organisation MITRE Corporation. Dr Tuveson’s research topics include risk culture and governance, corporate risk profiling, and the role of the Chief Risk Officer. She is a frequent commentator and speaker and her articles have been published in reports such as Banking & Financial Services Policy Report (Wolters Kluwer) and Financial Times Special Report on Risk Management
   
 Kregg White

Risk and Compliance Solutions Specialist, IBM

Kregg White is a Senior Sales Executive in the IBM Software Group with expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. Prior to joining IBM, he spent over twenty years as an agent of execution in the wholesale derivatives bank trading market, executing transactions in the swaps, interest rate options, structured credit and counterparty credit risk markets, primarily based out of New York City. He spent two years leading the structured credit trading business for APAC for ICAP, based out of Hong Kong. He received an undergraduate degree in Government from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
