Naomi Springate, Director, Lloyds Banking Group
Naomi joined Lloyds Banking Group's Chief Security Office in April 2017. She owns the Group's Operational Resilience Strategy, acts as policy owner for Information Security (including Cyber, Identity Access Management), Business Continuity (including Incident Management) and Physical Security, setting the standards for the Group and driving prudent security culture across the Group’s business Divisions and extended enterprise. Naomi also has responsibility for security engagement and education, working directly with the customer-facing businesses to reduce security risks and protect customers.
