  Glenn Peters,Global Senior Solutions Architect, IBM

Glenn Peters leads the global IBM GRC Solutions Architects group.  Glenn and his team have extensive experience implementing risk management enabling technology globally, leveraging the flexibility and capability of IBM OpenPages GRC Solutions, and the Watson Cognitive offerings.

Glenn has delivered many IBM OpenPages solutions globally for large customers and, along with product development and process redesign expertise, provides strategic consulting for organizations to develop an actionable risk management strategy.

Glenn has a strong technology and data integration background and is experienced in delivering solutions that can leverage the broader risk data required for advanced analytics.
Glenn is a regular presenter at risk industry events, leads regular risk strategy discussions with IBM’s many customers, and is often involved in kicking off new risk solution implementations to develop a forward looking approach.

Glenn also provides an experience based view on “best practice” for clients who would like to “benchmark” their current practices.
 

 
         
  Nelson PinochetWorldwide Technical Sales Leader, IBM OpenPages

Nelson Pinochet is the Worldwide Technical Sales Leader for IBM OpenPages. He has over 20 years of experience in software business solutions pursuing roles in consulting, project management, product management and technical sales. For the past 13 years he has focused on Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions as they apply to the financial and non-financial sectors. He has worked with some of the world’s largest institutions during the selection, deployment, and post-deployment of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Compliance capabilities. He and his team continuously work on leveraging IBM’s vast technologies (such as Watson AI) in order to bring the most innovative solutions to the market.

Before joining IBM, Nelson worked at OpenPages, Infor, Datastream, and Motorola. He holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina.
 
   
       
    Michael Rasmussen
Michael Rasmussen is an internationally recognized pundit on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) – with specific expertise on the topics of enterprise GRC, GRC technology, corporate compliance, and policy management.  With 27+ years of experience, Michael helps organizations improve GRC processes, design and implement GRC architecture, and select technologies that are effective, efficient, and agile.  He is a sought-after keynote speaker, author, and advisor and is noted as the “Father of GRC” — being the first to define and model the GRC market in February 2002 while at Forrester.
   
         
  Michael Ivie, MD, Head of FS Consulting, Phyton Consulting

Michael leads the Financial Services Consulting group at Phyton Consulting, a specialized professional services firm that empowers highly regulated and data intensive businesses with subject-matter leadership and execution-focused delivery capabilities across risk, data, technology, and regulatory change programs. 

Michael has over a decade of experience in Finance, Risk, Data Management, and Technology in both public and private sectors. His diverse background working across the enterprise in numerous change management roles for many of the world’s leading financial institutions has helped him develop a unique perspective on how these organizations function and how to navigate a changing business, technical, and regulatory landscape. 

Michael received an MS in Finance and an MBA in Risk Management & Insurance from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He earned a Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification from PRMIA, Basel Compliance Professional designation from BCPA, Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from PMI, and numerous other industry licenses and data/IT certifications.
