Next, executive recruiter and leadership consultant Elizabeth Langel, Partner, Financial Services Practice- Risk Management and Strategy at Heidrick & Struggles, will discuss which risk management positions are currently in demand. Will Craig, CFO and Executive Coach, Handel Group
Will works with executives, teams, and organizations to elevate their performance and enhance their successes. He guides individuals and teams to design their leadership and clarify unseen obstacles to their effectiveness. He trains leaders and team members how to tell the truth and collaborate in a way that allows them to unlock opportunities, achieve new results, and gracefully produce needed changes. 

Since coming on board with Handel Group® in 2008, Will has accrued several thousand hours of experience as a coach and senior coach using The Handel Method®. He has worked with executives and teams across diverse regions, industries, and business functions.

 
     
  Elizabeth Langel, Partner, Financial Services Practice, Risk Management and Strategy, Heidrick & Struggles
Elizabeth has over fifteen years of leadership advisory experience and is currently a Partner within the Financial Services Practice, responsible for the Risk Management Sector. She specializes in recruiting senior risk management talent across the broad financial services spectrum. Her portfolio of work includes chief risk officers, heads of market, credit, operational and other non-financial risk as well as risk analytics and model risk management. In addition, she also specializes in senior strategy roles, serving global financial services platforms and strategy consulting firms.
 
     
  Ken Radigan, CEO, PRMIA
Ken Radigan is the Global CEO of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA). He also teaches Insurance Risk Management at Columbia University’s Master of Professional Studies in Insurance Management. He has served as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for US and Bermuda platforms of Aspen. Prior to this, Ken was the CRO for the Casualty and Global Risk Solutions Divisions of AIG, where he worked for over 25 years in various leadership positions. He was also the inventor of two US Patents on Nuclear Decommissioning Insurance. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Mathematics from the University of Dayton and has several professional designations in the fields of Risk Management and Insurance. 
 
     
  Petr Chovanec, Director, UBS
Petr Chovanec is a Director of Business Modeling and Forecasting in UBS Global Wealth Management where he leads a team focusing on wealth management banking business models. In his position, he is involved in business forecasting including the current COVID-19 predictions, various stress testing exercises, and Libor transition. Before his position with UBS, he worked in Citizens Bank (formerly RBS Citizens) and State Street Bank and Trust. He started his position as a front office quant in commodities trading.
