Carolyn Graham, FCPA, FCA, ICD.D
Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, CWB Financial Group
As Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Canadian Western Bank (CWB), Carolyn plays a lead role in enterprise-wide risk management, including credit risk, market risk and operational risk. She is also responsible for the program to support transition to the advanced approach for capital and risk management.
Carolyn also serves on the Board of Trustees, and as Audit Committee chair, for Melcor REIT (MR.UN).
She is currently Chair of the MacEwan University Board of Governors as well as a volunteer Board Member for the Edmonton Symphony & Concert Hall Foundation.
Carolyn holds an FCPA, FCA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta, an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporation Directors and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta. Carolyn was recognized as a 2017 Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award winner.
