Using principles from systems thinking and organizational learning, participants will explore and learn how deep-rooted mental models, feedback loops, and structural dynamics shape risk behaviors. The course integrates Horst Simon’s Four Pillars for Building Ultimate Risk Culture, providing a structured approach to fostering a proactive, adaptive, and resilient risk culture.
