PRMIA Awards Risk Management Accreditation to Bayes Business School

PRMIA announces that it has awarded risk management accreditation to the Bayes Business School MSc Quantitative Finance programme.
The PRMIA Risk Accreditation initiative allows universities to align their academic curricula with the Professional Risk Manager (PRM™) Designation, a globally recognized certification for risk professionals. Universities offering programs with content equivalent to PRMIA standards can apply to become accredited, granting their students an exemption for PRM Exam 1, which focuses on Finance Theory, Instruments, and Mathematical Foundations of Risk Measurement.
Bayes Business School students who complete key modules, including Mathematical Finance, Risk Analysis, Fixed Income, and more, are eligible for exemption, which gives them a head start on a globally recognized professional qualification in risk management.
"At Bayes Business School, we pursued PRMIA accreditation to further strengthen the industry relevance and global recognition of our programme,” said Laura Bushell, MSc Marketing Executive. “Risk management continues to play a critical role across financial services and beyond, and this accreditation reflects our commitment to equipping students with the knowledge, skills and professional standards sought by employers. We believe it will enhance our students’ learning experience, support their career development and provide them with a valuable credential as they enter an increasingly complex and evolving marketplace."
